By Post: Mail your payment to HBWC, PO Box 22, Pahoa HI 96778

By Phone: Call the office (808) 965-9882 to pay your bill using your credit card, you will need your account number

On-Line:  Click here for secure on-line payment.

If you are having trouble registering to pay online, you need to contact the office and provide a current phone number to register.
